Video Approval Policy | WeekMotion - Video Creator Platform

The Weekmotion Video Approval Policy ensures that all content published on the platform meets rigorous quality, safety, and originality standards. All submissions undergo a verification process before being approved for public access or monetization.

1. Content Classification

A. YouTube Imports

Videos must originate from a verified channel owned by the creator. Metadata must be accurate and free from keyword manipulation. Resolution must be at least 720p.

B. Native Uploads

Original works exclusive to Weekmotion are preferred. Clear audio and stable visuals are mandatory. Thumbnails must be high-quality and relevant to the content.

2. Zero-Tolerance Policy

Submissions containing the following will be rejected and may result in a permanent ban:

Adult or Suggestive Content

Hate Speech or Violence

Illegal Activity Promotion

3. Metadata & SEO Standards

● Title: Clear, descriptive, and avoid excessive capitalization.
● Description: Minimum 2-3 comprehensive sentences explaining the content.
● Tags: Maximum 10-15 relevant tags reflecting the niche.
● Category: Placement in the correct niche (Educational, Documentary, etc.) is mandatory.

4. Audit & Timeline

1-5 Days

Submissions are reviewed by the compliance division. Status updates (Approved/Rejected) are delivered via the Creator Dashboard. Rejection reasons are typically provided for minor metadata issues.

5. Rights & Enforcement

Weekmotion Tech reserves the right to remove or demonetize any video found in violation after initial approval. Accounts submitting repetitive low-quality or prohibited content will be permanently suspended to maintain platform health.
