These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Weekmotion platform. By accessing or utilizing the platform, you agree to be legally bound by this contractual framework.
1. Eligibility & Registration
Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
Single Account Policy: Only one account per individual and per device is permitted. Detection of multiple accounts used to manipulate rewards will result in a permanent ban.
2. User Content & Ownership
Users retain primary ownership of uploaded or imported content. By publishing on Weekmotion, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute said content.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that content does not infringe upon third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights.
3. YouTube Video Importation
Weekmotion facilitates imports via official YouTube APIs. Monetization is exclusively permitted for videos belonging to the user’s own verified YouTube channel.
- Importing third-party YouTube videos is permitted for sharing but remains non-monetizable.
- Weekmotion reserves the right to verify YouTube channel ownership at any given time.

Articles must be original, human-written content. AI-generated text is prohibited. Articles must strictly range between 700–800 words.
Media assets must be copyright-free or licensed. Title, tags, and content must align within the same chosen category.
6. Monetization & Rewards
Monetization is subject to review based on content originality, subscriber count, and niche consistency. Reward points are provided for genuine engagement only.
95% Creator Revenue Share
Creators receive 95% of net revenue from paid video content via the Weekmotion Pro Feature.
7. Payments & Withdrawals
Identity verification (KYC) may be requested prior to processing payouts to ensure platform security.
8. Legal Provisions
Limitation of Liability
Weekmotion is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for loss of revenue, data, or technical failures arising from third-party actions.
Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify Weekmotion from any legal expenses arising from content infringement or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Jurisdiction is determined at the platform's discretion where legally permissible.
